Enabling Two Factor Authentification

How to set up two factor authentification for users in CQ

For each user:

  1. Navigate to user profile:
    ​

  2. Enable MFA Link
    ​

  3. Enable Two Factor Authentication checkbox then Update Profile
    ​

This will generate instructions and a QR code to set up the authenticator app, and send a verification code to enter into the system.
​
​Note: Currently we do not have a way to force all users to enable two factor authentication, this must be done per user profile.
